Rodrigo Rojo and his family moved to Tucson from Texas in 2006. He and his wife Yvett are proud parents of two bright children, Brianna and Alec. With one child in Rincon Vista, one in Cottonwood and his wife employed as the Volunteer Coordinator for Vail Academy, the Rojo family is very active within the District. Before making the big move, he and Yvett knew that finding the right school district was a top priority. After some research, they decided that Vail was the best district for their kids. So far, they have been nothing but pleased.

Mr. Rojo is an honors graduate from New Mexico State University with a degree in Computer Science and works as a Systems Engineer. He is interested and impressed with the growing use of technology in education and is always looking for more ways in which the use of technology can assist and simplify education. As an engineer and tech enthusiast, Rodrigo loves how Rincon Vista Middle School has embraced technology. This is one of the reasons why he became interested in serving on the Site Council. In his spare time, Rodrigo enjoys cooking and hanging out with the family, including their dog Badger, either at home or at any of the attractions Tucson has to offer.
